- Do describe why you want return the item in detail. For example, what is wrong with the item? Is it broken? A detailed description will help us solve problem earlier.
- Send me a picture or a video, which would better show the detailed problem.
- Tell us your expected choice after returned the item, do you want a replacement or a refund?
- Then click apply and an RMA will be applied successfully. You will get a reply in 1-2 business day.

- Keep in mind that the same part number can come in different layouts. So, when purchasing, don't rely solely on the part number.If we don't have the exact part number in stock, we may ship you a compatible part instead.
- If you're looking to buy a backlit keyboard and your old keyboard didn't have backlight, please make sure that your motherboard has a backlit connector. This way, you can connect the backlit cable to it to make the backlit feature work.
- If your old keyboard has a small/horizontal Enter key, please don't buy a keyboard with a big/vertical Enter key like '7'. Similarly, if your old keyboard has a big/vertical Enter key, please don't buy a keyboard with a small/horizontal Enter key like '-', because the frames are different and the wrong Enter key won't fit the laptop keyboard frame.
- If your old keyboard is Japanese and you're choosing a non-frame keyboard, please buy a Japanese keyboard only, as Japanese keyboards have special frames and Enter keys.
- If you only need the keys and not the entire keyboard, please contact us to check the design of the key hinges before placing your order.
- Before installing the keyboards, please clean the keyboard connector on the motherboard and the keyboard cable.
- It's recommended to use an anti-static tool when dealing with internal laptop parts. After installing the keyboard, you may need to update the driver for your keyboard to work properly.
- Keep your laptop clean and free of debris to prevent keys from sticking or not working properly.
- Use a compressed air duster to clean under the keys and remove any dust or debris that may have accumulated.
- Be gentle when typing and avoid hitting the keys too hard to prevent damage to the keyboard.

- Do not spill liquids on the keyboard, as this can damage the keys and internal components.
- Avoid eating over the keyboard, as crumbs and debris can get stuck underneath the keys and cause malfunctions.
- Do not place heavy objects on the laptop, as this can cause damage to the keyboard and other components.
- Do not use sharp objects, such as pens or pencils, to type on the keyboard as this can scratch the keys and damage the keyboard.
If some keys are not working after installation, it is likely not due to a defective keyboard, but rather a loose connection with the ribbon cable. Please try reconnecting the cable multiple times. Additionally, before installation, please clean the keyboard connector base on the motherboard and keyboard cable . Many customers have solved this issue with this simple step.
